Subscription Terms

1. Packages

• Basic — AED 1,499 per month: 8 posts, 15 interactive stories, 4 reels, free logo design with 3 initial concepts, monthly reports, 24/7 support access.
• Gold — AED 2,499 per month: 16 posts, 20 interactive stories, 8 reels, management of one ad campaign, free logo design with 3 initial concepts, monthly reports, 24/7 support access.

2. Terms and discounts

• 1 month: no discount.
• 3 months: 10% discount on eligible recurring services, plus management of one ad campaign free of charge (once per subscription).
• 6 months: 15% discount on eligible recurring services, management of one ad campaign free of charge (once per subscription), plus a complimentary business website and a domain and hosting for one year.

3. Payment

The entire term is paid in full before the subscription is activated. We do not offer monthly instalments on discounted terms, and we do not activate a subscription or its complimentary benefits after a partial payment. Prices are in AED and include VAT. Where a payment provider's financing is used, activation happens only after we receive confirmed full settlement.

4. Add-ons

• Additional posts: 4 for AED 200 per month.
• Additional interactive stories: 4 for AED 200 per month.
• Additional reels: 4 for AED 400 per month.
• Advertising campaign management: AED 500 per month.
• Photography session: AED 1,800, one-time. Scope and scheduling are agreed with you.
• Recurring add-ons share the term discount; one-time items do not.

5. Advertising

Advertising media spend is paid separately to the advertising platform. The Gold package includes management of one ad campaign, applied once per eligible subscription.

6. Introductory benefits

Benefits such as the free logo design and the included ad campaign management are given once and are not repeated on renewal unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Complimentary website, domain and hosting

The complimentary website is a one-page website containing your company information, about us, what we offer, contact details and our work/projects. It is delivered within 3 working days after we receive your content. Domain and hosting are free for the first year; to keep them after that, renewal is AED 500 per year. The website includes two rounds of revisions.

8. Monthly deliverables

Deliverables are produced each month according to your package and add-ons. The packages are monthly: unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month.

9. Cancellation, renewal and refunds

If you cancel before we start work (before your plan is set and work begins), 50% of the amount you paid is deducted and the rest is refunded. Once work has started, a paid term cannot be cancelled or refunded. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term for as long as they are not cancelled. You, or our administrator on your behalf, can stop automatic renewal at any time; the current paid term continues until its end.
